Guide Bush Metal

Guide bush guides the router when using a template.

• Fits directly to Trend T3,T4,T5,T5 MK2, T9,T10 and T11, and some other light duty routers.

Carry case draining groove jig

Hard wearing carry case for the Drainer Groove or Belfast Sink jig.

Dowel centre point

Six pack of metal dowel centre points of diameter 6mm, 8mm & 10mm.

• Pair of 6mm, 8mm and 10mm diameter.
• Dowel centres fit into blind holes to allow lining up for the mating hole.
• Place end of dowel centre in the bored dowel hole in one piece of wood, place the second piece of wood in the required position and press. The dowel centre point will leave a centre for the second hole accurately marked.

Double Sided Tape

Heavy duty double sided sticky tape.

• Ideal where temporary fixing is required for example when jig making. Can be removed with your thumb.
• Rayon cloth coated with rubber resin adhesive for a strong hold.
• Siliconised paper release liner.
• Cut with a knife or scissors.
• 25mm width x 25 metres.

Combination router base

The Combination Router Base is a retro fit, quick change, multi-functional router base designed to:

• Increase the overall versatility of the router.
• Improve the quality of finish of every routing pass.
• Reduce the possibility of error.
• Increase stability during routing.
• Increase the level of precision achieved.
• Save set up time between tasks.
• Save space on storing hand made jigs.
• The CRB has seven functions - an offset baseplate, router compass from 19mm to 224mm radius, adjustable trenching with a clamp guide with 40mm micro adjustment, adjustable anti-tilt support, adjustable mortising of timber from 50mm to 200mm width, adjustable false panel groove copier and also enhances the Varijig frame system as an anti-tilt device when used with routers that can accept Euro style guide bushes (a special guide bush ref GB40/B is required).
• The CRB will fit most routers with two 8mm, 10mm and 12mm fence rod holes at centres of 78mm to 130mm.
• An accessory quick fit edge trimming base is available for trimming lipping up to 16mm wide and 6mm projection, ref. CRB/TB.
• Larger circles can be accommodated by using ccessory extension rods ref. N/COMPASS/AEX to increase radius by 560mm.

Combination router base trim base

Quick fit trimming base for use with the CRB for trimming hardwood lipping.

• Plastic base plate.
• Can be used on lippings of 16mm wide and maximum 6mm (1/4 inch) projection above work surface.
• Includes a bearing guided copy follower.
• Maximum cutter diameter 25mm.
