• This extra long clamp features a wider aluminium extrusion ideal for machining large panel material.
• Aluminium extrusion incorporating T-slots.
• The clamps are fitted with a 1280mm long metric/imperial scale for setting lengths and stop positions. Scale can be positioned by removing 20mm of the self adhesive backing.
• Router and router base plate not included.
• Sliding bridge fitted to underside to support bar.

Plunge router base base accessory for the Varijig clamp guides.

• Base plate engages in the T-slot in the extrusion.
• Made from clear plastic.
• Includes adjustable guide bar for perfect tracking using hex key provided.
• Fits all Varijig clamp guides.
• Clear plastic allows for good visibility.
• User must drill plate to fix router.

Varijig clamp guide adjustable guide stop

Varijig clamp guide adjustable guide stop.

• A short alloy extrusion rail that can be fixed anywhere along the length of the Varijig clamp guide.
• The removable alloy adjustable bridge guide stop can be locked in place so that it limits the rail travel in a set position from an edge.
• When the bridge guide stop is removed the short rail can be used for stopped housing and grooves that need to stop short of an edge.
• Double locking knobs for security.
• Ideal for repetitive grooves.
• Will also fit Varijig Frame System extrusion.

Varijig clamp guide back to back clips

Varijig clamp guide back to back clips.

• Clips comprise of alloy brackets and knobs.
• Allows two Varijig clamp guides to be joined back to back.
• Clamp one clamp guide to the bench and use the clips to attach another clamp guide upside down.
• Raises component up 32mm for unobtrusive clamping for full edge moulding.
• Back to back facility allows clamping of large panels and work pieces.
• Back to back clips require two Varijig Clamp Guides to be used.
• Depending on length of guide used, either four or six clips are needed.
• Wide components will require additional support to prevent tilt or the use of a second pair of clamp guides and clips.

• Side to side facility allow obstruction free working.
• Six adaptors are included in the pack so that three pairs of clamps can be linked securely together.
