Routaseal Cutters

Cuts groove for Trend Routaseal.

• Position seal into apex of jamb and stop.
• More economic to use than more complex seals.
• Use with a small 1/4 inch shank hand router.
• Short shank.

Plunge Slotting

Cutter is designed to plunge and machine or mill lateral slots.

• Aluminium tooling should be used with a coolant, wax stick or lubricant.
• Material should be securely clamped.
• For drilling and slotting, cutting aluminium anodised duralium and UPVC.
• Ideal for recessing and slotting extrusions.
• HSSE is a special grade for machining the most abrasive anodised finishes.
• Use at speed 10000 - 12000 RPM.

Straight Rotox with M10 thread

Cutter are designed to plunge and machine or mill lateral slots.

• All aluminium tooling should be used with a coolant, wax stick or lubricant.
• Material should be securely clamped.
• Straight Rotox cutters with M10 X 1.5mm internal thread, for uPVC plastics and aluminium.
