Diameters from 2.0mm to 12.7mm

TCT for abrasive materials such as chipboard, MDF, plywood, hardwoods and hard plastics.

• Two flutes give a clean finish to cut edges.
• All cutters above and including 9.5mm diameter, have TCT plunge centre tips.

Four fluted with bearings fitted to nose and shank

Four fluted TCT trimmer/profiler.

• Super fine finish.
• Ball bearings fitted to both nose and shank.
• Allows templates to be placed either on top or the bottom of the material, for ease of routing.
• Allows for irregular grained timber to be profiled more easily, by turning component other way up.
• Light passes, maximum 2mm trimming.

For template work

Oversize profiler allows component to be routed oversize to template.

• Useful when making jigs, templates and patterns.
• Can be used for trenching operations in shallow passes.
• For use with the Porter Cable Strike & Latch and Door Hinge templates.
• Down shear.
• Equivalent to Porter Cable ref 43671.
• Can be used with Strike and Latch template ref 59375 or Door Hinge template ref 59370.

Bevel trim cutter

Gives a smooth bevel finish for laminates and other materials. Bearing follows the board beneath.

Linenfold

Two flute tungsten carbide tipped router cutter for linen fold effect on panels.

• Allows mock linen fold panels to be produced.
• Linen fold is a traditional effect used on furniture and panelling.
• For the scroll effect a shank mounted bearing guided 4mm radius cutter x 12.7mm diameter Ref 23/12X1/4TC should be used.
• Includes instruction leaflet and scroll template diagram.

Chamfer V Groove

Use for bevelling and chamfering.

• A flat, approximately 1.0mm, will be found on V Groove tip.
• Ref. 11/3 is ideal for imitating 'V' jointed tongue and groove on man-made board.

With shank mounted bearing

The water channel cutters produce radiused rebates and grooves. Suitable for plunge cutting.

• Ref. 23/12X1/4TC can be used with linenfold cutter ref. 18/96X1/2TC to give the scroll effect on ends of the linen fold panels.
