Weatherseal Cutters

Aquamac 21 Recesser

Recessing cutter will accommodate the Schlegel Aquamac 21 seal. This cutter is designed for use with the Aquamac seal in a wiping mode and comes complete with a guide bearing to reduce setting-up time and simplify machining operations.

Aquamac 63 Recesser

Recessing cutter will accommodate the Schlegel Aquamac 63 weather strip system and allows for a particularly small gap between sash and frame. The slot can be positioned part way down the side of the rebate, or at the bottom of the rebate.

Bearing Guided Weatherseals Recesser

Two fluted tungsten carbide weatherseal groover for use on natural timbers and manmade boards. The cutter is Teflon cutted to reduce resin build up.

• Neatly cuts grooves on doors or frames to accept a weattherseal.

Routaseal Cutter

Cuts groove for Trend Routaseal.

• Position seal into apex of jamb and stop.
• More economic to use than more complex seals.
• Use with a small 1/4 inch shank hand router.
• Use TCT for abrasive material.
