• Deep mortising and grooving giving good chip clearance.
• For lock mortising, two width cuts will be needed to achieve the standard 19mm mortise.
• The lock mortiser will plunge and clear chips to a depth of 70mm in a number of passes.
• Tool has extra long shanks.
• Adjust the cutter in the collet to achieve maximum plunge depth.
• Take several passes to avoid cutter breakage and motor overload.
