Butterfly spline

To rout butterfly keys, splines and inlays in timbers and man-made boards.

• Use in conjunction with 104 deg (14 deg) dovetail cutter ref. L120 which cuts dovetail pocket.
• Use in a router table.
• Cut material in two passes to create a butterfly shape, width of butterfly spline is determined by dovetail cutter used.

Comb jointer

This Comb Jointing Set can be fitted to all heavy duty routers mounted in a fixed head position.

• It comprises a set of five 4mm kerf, TCT groovers, mounted on an arbor and three ball bearings. These offer alternative cutting depths and provide a self-guiding facility.
• The Trend Comb Jointer is ideally suited for producing small boxes, instrument cases etc.
• Please note, timber ends must be cut square.

Drawer lock

To increase gluing area producing a strong joint in drawer production.

Finger jointing

A bearing guided reversible finger jointer, to increase the gluing area for edge to edge joints.

Knuckle joint

Cutters to create a knuckle joints for gate leg tables.

• The cutter should be used in a router table.
• Hand tools will be required to finish the joint.

Linenfold

Two flute tungsten carbide tipped router cutter for linen fold effect on panels.

• Allows mock linen fold panels to be produced.
• Linen fold is a traditional effect used on furniture and panelling.
• For the scroll effect a shank mounted bearing guided 4mm radius cutter x 12.7mm diameter Ref 23/12X1/4TC should be used.
• Includes instruction leaflet and scroll template diagram.

Mitre corner

This cutter makes a lapped mitre joint in timbers.

• Cutters ref.10/20X1/2TC and 10/21X1/2TC are used together to create the lapped mitre joint.

Mitre lock

Machining of this joint is carried out by routing one piece with the inside face on the table.

• The matching corner inside face is machined upright against the fence.
• Make sure that the cutter is centred on the workpiece.
• The cutter can also be used for a glue joint, for joining lengths together.
• Ideal for speaker cabinets and drawer construction.
• Please note.
• These tools cannot be re-sharpened.
• Inverted use only.

Offset tongue and groover

A heavy duty reversible finger jointer, to increase the gluing area for edge to edge joints.
