Pocket Cutters

• Two flute cutter with an extra long shank.
• Deep grooving, rebating and mortising.
• Useful for template work when thickness of template restricts depth.
• Extra care must be taken to avoid breakage.
• Take more passes than usual, and only cut up to half the diameter of the cutter in one pass.
• Cutter has a narrow neck.

Two flute straight

• TCT for abrasive materials such as chipboard, MDF, plywood, hardwoods and hard plastics. Two flutes give a clean finish to cut edges. All cutters above and including 9.5mm diameter, have TCT plunge centre tips.

Eccentric single flute

• Eccentric single flute cutters.
• Cutters are chosen for fast free cutting, when cutting speed takes preference over finish.
• Cutters with prefix S are Solid Carbide.
• Cutters of 2.0mm diameter and below should have a maximum of 1.0mm depth of cut per pass.
• Small diameter tools must be handled with care to avoid breakage.
• Single flute cutters should not be used in eccentric chucks.
