Two Flute

• These are made from a single piece of High Speed Steel, ground with a very fine edge. They are only suitable for non abrasive materials, but will give a superior finish in soft timbers. Generally HSS cutters are slightly less expensive than their TC grades, but can be more suitable for certain applications.

• Ideal for use in CNC machines and for fixed head routing applications, can also be used in portable routers.
• Feed rates range from 5- 10m/min of 18000 - 24000 RPM.
• Ideal for softwoods where fine finish is required.
• Down-cut is ideal for preventing feather edges.

Chamfer V Groove

• These are made from a single piece of High Speed Steel, ground with a very fine edge. They are only suitable for non abrasive materials, but will give a superior finish in soft timbers. Generally HSS cutters are slightly less expensive than their TC grades, but can be more suitable for certain applications.
• Chamfer 'V' groove for veining , panelling , 'V' grooving. bevelling & chamfering.

Pin Guided

Routaseal Cutters

• Cuts groove for Trend Routaseal.
• Position seal into apex of jamb and stop.
• More economic to use than more complex seals.
• Use with a small 1/4 inch shank hand router.
• Short shank.

Plunge Slotting

• Cutter is designed to plunge and machine or mill lateral slots.
• Aluminium tooling should be used with a coolant, wax stick or lubricant.
• Material should be securely clamped.
• For drilling and slotting, cutting aluminium anodised duralium and UPVC.
• Ideal for recessing and slotting extrusions.
• HSSE is a special grade for machining the most abrasive anodised finishes.
• Use at speed 10000 - 12000 RPM.

Straight Rotox with M10 thread

• Cutter are designed to plunge and machine or mill lateral slots.
• All aluminium tooling should be used with a coolant, wax stick or lubricant.
• Material should be securely clamped.
• Straight Rotox cutters with M10 X 1.5mm internal thread, for uPVC plastics and aluminium.

Stepped drill countersink

• Designed to drill and countersink slots in both plastic and non-ferrous metal.
• Material should be securely clamped.
• Use at speed 500 - 5000 RPM.
