Twist drill

• Slow spiral is sometimes preferred for drilling end grain in wood. Ideal for fast drilling operations in open grained material. Have a Solid Carbide ends, brazed in and ground to give maximum clearance. Have a 60 degree taper point and are recommended for hard or abrasive materials. These drills are not for use with routers and not suitable for masonry work.

Multi-Bore Three flutes and no centre point

• This machine bit is designed for recessing circular concealed hinges.
• The shank has a flat for securing and a grub screw for height adjustment.
• Use at recommended speeds of 6000RPM.
• Three flutes and three scribers.
• Specifically for use on thin boards.
• Gives a tear free blind hole.
• For use with stationary drilling machines only.

• Two TC scribers to ensure a clean entry with helical fluting to remove chips.
• Care should be taken to ensure flutes of drill align with flutes of countersink.
• Use at recommended speeds of 3000-6000RPM.

• This drill and countersink set are used extensively in the furniture industry.

Multi-Boring dowel dril

• This lip and spur dowel drill features Solid Carbide cutting tips, for continuous drilling of tear free dowel holes.
• Shank has one flat for positive holding.
• A threaded grub screw in the shank end allows for correct setting for a bank of drills.

• Negatively ground spurs for improved tear free holes.
