For extra fine trimming

• Self-guiding triple flute cutter.
• Extra fine trimming and longer life.
• For trimming of laminate or plywood overlay etc.
• A 2mm maximum overlap should be left before trimming.

Chamfer V Groove

• Specially designed tools for aluminium composite cladding material such as Alucobond, Dibond which comprises an aluminium cover with polyethylene core.
• The v groove cutters rout into the cover and part of the core to allow folding of material by hand.
• Ref. ALU/01 has a 90 degree included angle with 3mm flat at base and is used to create 90 degree fold.
• Ref. ALU/02 has a 135 degree included angle with 2mm flat at base and is used to create 45 degree fold.
• Use at 12000-15000 RPM, feed speed 400 - 600mm/min. depending on thickness and machine (CNC machine or hand). Cooling is not required.

Diameters from 2.0mm to 12.7mm

• TCT for abrasive materials such as chipboard, MDF, plywood, hardwoods and hard plastics.
• Two flutes give a clean finish to cut edges.
• All cutters above and including 9.5mm diameter, have TCT plunge centre tips.
• Ideal for cutting kitchen worktops.
• TC tips are ground with greater clearace for routing of resinous material.

Spiral (Right Hand) Up-cut

• Two flute spiral mini-trim with double guide bearing to profile intricate shapes.
• Max. 2.0mm trimming.
• Can be used on hard plastics such as acrylic, timber and manmade boards.
• Ref. S64/2 is upcut spiral.

Spiral Down-cut (Left Hand)

• Two flute spiral mini-trim with double guide bearing to profile intricate shapes.
• Max. 2.0mm trimming.
• Can be used on hard plastics such as acrylic, timber and manmade boards.
• Ref. S64/2LH is downcut spiral for veneered board.

Rota-Tip Screws

• Replacement screw for the Trade range rota-tip worktop cutter ref. TR43.

Guided profiler

• Profiler with shank mounted bearing guides.
• For use with router mounted above or below a table when following a template.
• For profiling and rebating applications only.
• Not for plunge cutting/grooving.
• A 3mm maximum overlap should be left before trimming.
• They are ideal for template making.
• Cutter has a smaller diameter for tighter corners and double bearing guides.

45 Degree Bearing Guided Three Flute Chamfer

• Three flutes for extra fine finish.
• Ideal for newel posts and caps for stairs.
• Supplied with one bearing..
