Biscuit Jointer Set

This two wing self-guiding Tungsten Carbide Tipped slotting cutter is ideal for biscuit jointing.

• The set is supplied with three ball bearing guides to suit the three sizes of biscuits available.
• A slightly longer cut than the length of the biscuit is required for ease of alignment during assembly.

Keyhole

For picture hanging flush to the wall.

• Plunge cutter & move forward, then retract out from entry hole.
• A template is recommended.
• For No8 & No10 screw heads.
• Not suitable for grooving applications.

Matchlining

A complete cutter set for producing matchlining.

• Jointing parts are interchanged on the arbor to change the mode of the cutter.
• Set Ref. C255 can be converted to Ref. C256, and vice-versa, by purchasing the respective groover.

Slotting Cutters

These two wing Tungsten Carbide Tipped slotting cutters are ideal for grooving and rebating operations. A 12.7mm diameter bearing is supplied with every cutter giving a 9.5mm groove depth. Depth of cut can be changed by purchasing alternative bearing sizes. Easy to set-up and use.

• Hex key is supplied.
• N.B. The grooving section of this tool cannot be detached from the shank.

T Slotters & Slat Wall

A 'T' slot cutters for clamping and hanging applications.

• Relief cut required.
• MEC mechanical feed only.

Tongue & Groover

A one piece set. Parts are inter-changed on the arbor to alter the set-up. For use with router table only.
