90 Degree Shell Countersinks

These countersinks, produced from the best grade carbon steel, leaves a clean cut finish by virtue of their multi-tooth deep ground gullets.

• Fits metric drills from 3mm to 12mm inclusive.
• Not suitable for abrasive materials or metal.
• Drill bit not included.

HSS Countersink Sets

They are designed to drill and coutersink simultaneously, a wide variety of materials.

• Supplied with a HSS slow spiral drill bit.
• Fully adjustable, a hex key is supplied.
• Use at drilling speeds only.
• Not suitable for ferrous or non ferrous metals.
• Please ensure drill flutes are aligned with flutes of countersink.
• For replacement Twist Drills, use slow spiral type e.g. Refs 501/18 to 501/716.

Rose Countersinks

These countersinks are produced in HSS and should not be confused with carbon steel types.

• They are designed for countersinking mild steel, iron and plastics.

TCT Countersink Sets

They are designed to drill and coutersink simultaneously, a wide variety of materials.

• Supplied with a HSS slow spiral drill bit.
• Fully adjustable, a hex key is supplied.
• The TCT version is used for plywood, particle boards and plastics (abrasive).
• Use at drilling speeds only.
• Not suitable for ferrous or non ferrous metals.
• Please ensure drill flutes are aligned with flutes of countersink.
• For replacement Twist Drills, use slow spiral type e.g. Refs 501/18 to 501/716.

Universal Countersink

This TCT countersink clamps onto any drill between 3.0mm and 7.2mm in diameter. Recommended for wood and man-made boards. By reversing the countersink on the drill, it can be used as a non-cutting depth stop. Ensures flutes of drill are aligned with flutes of countersink. Do not overtighten screw. Not suitable for production applications and not suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
