Shipping Charges
Deliveries to UK
All orders must be received by 4.00pm, Monday - Friday.
Goods are not despatched on Public or Bank Holidays.
Orders after 4pm on 22nd December will not be processed until 3rd January.
All Parcels under GBP 10.00
These items will be sent 1st Class Royal Mail, which takes 1-2 working days delivery at a charge of GBP 2.00 per order.
All Parcels under 1kg
These parcels will be sent Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery, which takes 1-2 working days, at a charge of GBP 6.00 per order.
You can upgrade to Royal Mail, Special Delivery, which is guaranteed next working day delivery before 1.30pm at a charge of GBP 9.00 per order.
All Parcels over 1kg
These parcels will be sent by courier, which takes 1-2 working days at a charge of GBP 6.00 per order.
You can upgrade to Guaranteed next working day by 10.30am at a charge of GBP 16.00 per order.
Saturday Delivery only
Parcels sent by TNT to arrive by 10.30am at a charge of GBP 35.00 per order.
Parcels sent by TNT to arrive by 12.30pm at a charge of GBP 30.00 per order.
Deliveries are not guaranteed for certain areas in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Additional charges apply to orders sent to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly & Channel Islands.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please note that all our parcels will need to be signed for. When you receive your items you must check the packaging. If damaged you must state and sign for as ´Damaged. Please let us know same day if goods are received damaged or there are missing items from your delivery.
