Ideal for window & door extrusions, facias & soffits, checker plate, sheet material.
- Triple chip ground (TCG) tooth form with -6° hook eliminates self-feeding for a safe, clean, controlled, cutting action in aluminium, plastics and non-ferrous metals.
- High tooth count reduces feed and cutting speed for a clean, controlled cut.
- Microgranular tungsten carbide tips (TCT) for optimum edge retention.
- Precision ground alloy steel plate to maintain flatness.
- Body hardened and tempered to minimise deflection under load.
- Expansion slots improve heat dissipation to minimise vibration, prevent kick-back and improve cut quality.
- Etched blade information to EN847 safety standard.
- Reamed bore ensures precise spindle fit.
- NOTE: Requires a wax lubricant when cutting Aluminium, such as Trend TRENDIWAX.
